Who We Are
KnowU Wellbeing offers independent, one to one health and lifestyle check ins. We create a relaxed, supportive space for people to explore their wellbeing through optional physical measures, personal conversations, and on the spot testing.

What Data We Collect
We may collect the following personal information directly from you, with your consent:

• Your name and contact details
• Postal address when ordering home test kits
• Health measurements or test results such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, HbA1c and triglycerides
• Notes from conversations about lifestyle such as sleep, stress, smoking, physical activity and nutrition

How Your Data Is Used
We use this information to:

• Provide you with a personalised results card or test outcome for your own use
• Deliver home test kits and related communications
• Offer optional follow up support where requested
• Signpost you to appropriate support if needed
• Produce anonymised workplace summaries with no names or identifying details

We never share your individual health data with your employer or with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments and Orders
Payments for home test kits and services are processed securely via Stripe. KnowU Wellbeing does not store or have access to your full card details.

Stripe processes payment information in line with its own privacy and security policies.

How Your Data Is Stored
We store personal data securely and only retain it for as long as necessary.

• We minimise data storage and access and only hold what is needed to deliver your service
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time

All personal data collected is stored using Jotform, a GDPR compliant platform.

For certain on the spot blood testing and home test kit processing, we also use PocDoc, which is a CE marked and GDPR compliant platform for secure handling of test results.

Health Information
Health and test information collected by KnowU Wellbeing is intended to support understanding of wellbeing and does not replace medical advice or diagnosis.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
