KnowU Wellbeing Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of KnowU Wellbeing services and website www.knowuwellbeing.co.uk. By booking a wellbeing check in, purchasing a home test kit, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
KnowU Wellbeing specialises in one to one wellbeing check ins and also delivers workplace, community and organisational wellbeing sessions, home health test kits, and supporting wellbeing resources.

Our services are not medical consultations or diagnostic services.
All information provided is for wellbeing and lifestyle guidance only.
Participants are encouraged to seek medical advice from their GP or a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment of health conditions.

Home Test Kits
Home cholesterol test kits are supplied for personal wellbeing insight only.

Results are intended to support understanding of health and lifestyle and do not replace medical advice or diagnosis.
If results cause concern, individuals are encouraged to contact their GP or a qualified healthcare professional.

Optional follow up support may be offered where indicated and selected at the point of purchase.

Bookings, Orders and Payment
KnowU Wellbeing provides one to one wellbeing check ins, workplace wellbeing sessions, and organisational wellbeing support.

Bookings may be made by individuals directly or arranged by organisations on behalf of their staff.
Where bookings are made by organisations, written confirmation will be provided by email.

Workplace and Organisational Bookings
Invoices are issued following confirmation and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Home Test Kit Orders
Home test kits may be purchased directly via our website.
Payment is required at the time of order.
Orders will be dispatched to the address provided once payment has been successfully processed.

Payments
Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. KnowU Wellbeing does not store or have access to full card details.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by Organisations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the agreed date will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the agreed date will incur a fee of 50 percent of the booking cost.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the agreed date or non attendance on the day will be charged at 100 percent of the booking cost.

Cancellations by KnowU Wellbeing
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date. No charges will apply.

Home Test Kit Refunds
Due to the nature of home health testing products, refunds are not available once a test kit has been dispatched unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Late Payment
Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to interest and recovery costs in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act 1998.
Interest may be charged at 8 percent above the Bank of England base rate until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to suspend or withhold future services until outstanding invoices are settled.

Participant Responsibilities
Participants must provide accurate information to enable us to deliver safe and effective sessions or services.
By attending a check in or ordering a test kit, participants consent to the collection of relevant information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Participation is voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Data Protection
We handle all personal information in line with UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is collected, used and stored.

Liability
KnowU Wellbeing will deliver services with care and professionalism.
We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by individuals based on information provided through our services.
KnowU Wellbeing does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of our services, except where required by law.

Website Use
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its security or functionality.

Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.
